Rittal enhances enclosure configuration with RiPanel tool

Rittal has upgraded its RiPanel configurator, providing system planners with an online tool to design and order customized electrical enclosures, including accessories and machining details.

The enhanced version offers real-time pricing for greater transparency throughout the design and ordering process. Users can create individual enclosure configurations, utilize 3D visualization, and integrate directly with Eplan Engineering and Rittal's online shop.

The configurator also includes plausibility checks to prevent errors and allows for graphical placement of custom cut-outs in 3D. Generated data can then be transferred directly to manufacturing machines for automated production.

RiPanel allows customers to more efficiently build and order enclosure solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Component lists provide a clear overview of costs and selected parts, with stored project data facilitating future modifications.
