Rittal Introduces New Ship-Loadable TS IT Pro Enclosures

Rittal North America has introduced a new ship-loadable option for its TS IT Pro line of enclosures. These pre-configured cabinets are designed to streamline IT infrastructure deployment for system integrators, enabling off-site assembly and testing before delivery.

The UL-listed and ISTA 3E certified enclosures can accommodate up to 2,000 pounds of IT equipment. They are shipped on a specialized shock-absorbing pallet within a reusable rugged shell, ensuring safe transit. A ramp is included for easy unloading on-site, allowing the fully equipped rack to be rolled directly into place.

Hans Baumann, Rittal's Product Manager for Data Center Solutions, highlighted the benefits. "We are looking to provide integrators with the tools to support their customers with rapid deployments. The ship-loadable capability of these TS IT Pro racks offers offsite integration, cabling, testing, and equipment burn in," Baumann stated.

The TS IT Pro enclosures are available in eight sizes, including standard 42U and 48U configurations. The design emphasizes installation flexibility and a robust frame construction, intended to be easily ordered and ready for shipment.
