Rittal Launches New Industrial Enclosure System in U.S.

Rittal LLC has launched its new VX Hybrid Double Door enclosure system, manufactured in the United States. The company states the enclosure combines durability with ease of movement, targeting heavy industries such as mining, construction, utilities, and food and beverage.

Produced in Urbana, Ohio, the enclosure is designed to meet customer demands in harsh environments, offering protection for field equipment, corrosion resistance, and modular flexibility. Rittal claims the system can be rapidly deployed and relocated by as few as two personnel.

The VX Hybrid Double Door system is designed for minimal assembly and quick configuration. Its frame allows for easy setup, and a removable center mullion facilitates the addition of mounting panels. The company also offers a range of compatible accessories for customized solutions.

Michael Milam, Vice President of Sales at Rittal LLC, indicated that the new system aims to improve operational efficiency by balancing strength and portability. The company seeks to facilitate project execution and ensure equipment safety in demanding jobsite conditions. Rittal is a subsidiary of Germany-based Rittal GmbH & Co. KG and is the world's largest manufacturer of industrial and IT enclosures.
