Road Mobility Services acquires Dutch tyre service firm Greve Banden

Road Mobility Services has acquired the Dutch tyre service company Greve Banden. The transaction, located in the vicinity of Rotterdam, serves as the firm's third acquisition in the Netherlands as it continues to consolidate its footprint in the European commercial vehicle maintenance sector.

The integration of Greve Banden is intended to support the company’s objective of providing comprehensive roadside and workshop services to commercial vehicle operators.

Established in 2024, Road Mobility Services operates a growing network of workshops and roadside assistance providers across Europe. The acquisition reinforces the company's regional service capabilities following its recent entry into the Dutch market.
