Robert Irvine: His Two-Word Answer to "It Can't Be Done"

Television personality, chef, and businessman Robert Irvine advocates for a simple, two-word response when faced with tasks deemed impossible. Irvine, also known for his extensive work supporting military veterans and first responders through the Robert Irvine Foundation, emphasizes a solution-oriented mindset.

Irvine is currently on a national tour with rock band O.A.R., leveraging the band's 30th-anniversary tour to raise funds and awareness for veterans. Special donation activations are being held at each stop.

Regarding maintaining his energy and focus amidst a demanding schedule, Irvine admits to experiencing fatigue. He operates in six-week hard-rolling periods, followed by at least three days of recovery. Given that he is home approximately only 11-12 days a year, he often utilizes travel days to rest or visit the gym before events.

He describes his partnership with O.A.R. as organic, noting that the band's lead singer, Marc Roberge, has been on his foundation's board for several years. The collaboration began serendipitously, and Irvine is actively involved in supporting veterans through the tour.

Irvine maintains that feelings of impossibility or failure are not deterrents but rather invitations to find alternative methods of progression. His core philosophy centers on resolving the obstacle, irrespective of the difficulties presented.
