Roblox Corporation Securities Class Action Lawsuit Period Extended
Shareholder rights firm Hagens Berman has expanded the alleged class period for the ongoing securities class action litigation against Roblox Corporation. The expanded lawsuit now covers investors who purchased Roblox common stock between October 31, 2024, and April 30, 2026.
National shareholder rights firm Hagens Berman is alerting investors in Roblox Corporation (NYSE: RBLX) that the alleged class period in the ongoing securities class action litigation has been expanded. The expanded lawsuit now covers investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Roblox common stock between October 31, 2024, through April 30, 2026, inclusive.
Hagens Berman is investigating claims that Roblox and its co-defendants violated federal securities laws. The investigation focuses on the propriety of Roblox's disclosures regarding its commitment to protecting young users and the business impact of its age verification rollout, which began in November 2025.
Investors have reportedly suffered substantial losses during the specified period. On October 30, 2025, following Roblox's announcement of enhanced age verification technology, the stock price declined 16%, erasing approximately $13 billion in market value. Further disclosures on April 30, 2026, revealed a deceleration in daily active user (DAU) growth and led to a cut in the company's 2026 revenue guidance.
"We're focused on when Roblox and its management knew of the adverse consequences of the age-check rollout and whether they intentionally misled investors," stated Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation.
Investors who purchased Roblox common stock between October 31, 2024, and April 30, 2026, and suffered substantial losses are encouraged to submit their claim by the lead plaintiff deadline of August 7, 2026.
