Robo.ai Appoints Executive Leadership for UAE-Based AI Subsidiary
Robo.ai has named three senior executives to lead its UAE-based artificial intelligence subsidiary, Neurovia AI. Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi becomes CEO, Ziad Shaltuni Chief Growth Officer, and Ahmed Alhashmi Chief Marketing Officer.

ABU DHABI, UAE – July 14, 2026 – Robo.ai Inc. announced a series of senior executive appointments for its subsidiary Neurovia AI, an AI visual data processing and compression technology firm. Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Ziad Shaltuni will serve as Chief Growth Officer, and Ahmed Alhashmi as Chief Marketing Officer. The appointments are effective immediately.
Neurovia AI, recently acquired by Robo.ai, has released its NeuroStream™ product. The company has completed technical validation at ISNR 2026 and participated in the Government Cybersecurity Summit and the UAE Data Center Infrastructure & Cloud Summit. These executive hires are intended to build out the local leadership team and support the commercial rollout of NeuroStream™ to government and enterprise clients.
Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi brings over three decades of leadership experience in technology and telecommunications, including senior roles at the UAE Ministry of Interior and Etisalat. Ziad Shaltuni has more than 20 years of experience in commercial strategy and growth, previously holding executive positions at telecom operators like Mobily in Saudi Arabia, where he managed a division with over 3,000 employees and P&L responsibility exceeding $5 billion. Ahmed Alhashmi has over 30 years of experience in brand building and marketing, with prior roles including Senior Vice President of Brand & Communication at Etisalat Group.
