ABU DHABI, UAE – Robo.ai Inc. has announced key executive appointments at its subsidiary Neurovia AI, a company specializing in AI visual data processing and compression. Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Ziad Shaltuni will serve as Chief Growth Officer, and Ahmed Alhashmi has been named Chief Marketing Officer. These appointments are effective immediately.

The appointments come following Robo.ai's acquisition of Neurovia AI. The company recently launched its NeuroStream™ product and completed technical validation at the ISNR 2026 event, also participating in the Government Cybersecurity Summit and the UAE Data Center Infrastructure & Cloud Summit. These new leadership roles, in addition to earlier appointments of CTO and COO, signify a crucial step in building the local organizational capacity for Neurovia AI.

Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi brings over three decades of experience in engineering, network operations, and international business management, with previous senior roles at the UAE Ministry of Interior and Etisalat. Ziad Shaltuni has more than 20 years of experience in commercial strategy, growth transformation, and revenue management, having held leadership positions at companies including Mobily and OSN. Ahmed Alhashmi, a UAE national, has extensive experience in marketing and brand building, with past roles at Etisalat Group and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

Benjamin Zhai, CEO of Robo.ai, stated that Neurovia AI is a cornerstone of the company's AI software strategy.
