Robo.ai breaks ground on industrial park in Umm Al Quwain

Robo.ai Inc. held a groundbreaking ceremony on September 25, 2026, for Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. This initial phase will span approximately 8,845 square meters and involves refurbishing existing factory premises.

The project aims to establish local integration and manufacturing capabilities for ALIF Holding's industrial endeavors. It is a key component of Robo.ai's advanced manufacturing strategy, intended to support the deployment of relevant technologies and products within the UAE market.

Alif Maritec, a subsidiary focused on marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure, is expected to be the first tenant. Its proposed portfolio includes solutions for marine oil spill response, land border security, and AI-enabled defense systems for critical infrastructure monitoring.

The industrial park is planned for three phases. Phase I focuses on refurbishing existing facilities, Phase II will involve constructing new manufacturing capacity, and Phase III will provide space for future growth. ALIF Holding aims to have at least three project companies operating in the park by the end of 2026.
