Robot hardware developer YITA closes seed funding rounds worth over RMB 100 million
Chinese robotics firm YITA has secured over RMB 100 million in combined seed and seed-plus funding to advance its force-controlled hardware for embodied AI.

Beijing-based robotics startup YITA announced on October 20 that it raised over RMB 100 million in its initial funding stages. The capital injection was supported by a group of investors including Galbot, Fourier, Matrix Partners China, CCB International, SenseTime Guoxiang Capital, and the L2F founder fund. Lighthouse Capital acted as the financial advisor for the transaction.
Established in May 2026, YITA focuses on the production of force-controlled robotic arms and joint modules specifically designed for embodied AI applications. The startup’s technical stack includes integrated actuators and compliant dual-arm systems, which are intended to provide machines with the ability to adjust contact forces during object manipulation.
The investment arrives as the broader humanoid robotics sector seeks to refine the precision of mechanical interactions. By developing standardized components, YITA aims to provide a hardware foundation for developers working on embodied AI, addressing a critical need for components capable of navigating complex physical environments.
