Robotaxi Firm Hello Raises $100 Million at Near $3 Billion Valuation
Hello Robotaxi, operated by Shanghai Zufu Intelligent Technology, has raised approximately $100 million in a new funding round. The company's post-money valuation is close to $3 billion.

Hello Robotaxi, operating under Shanghai Zufu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has secured about $100 million in a recent financing round. The investment was led by Shanghai Guotou Venture Capital, with contributions from Minhang Jintou and China Creation Ventures, bringing the company's valuation to nearly $3 billion.
The funds will support continued research and development efforts, including the establishment of a large-scale GPU computing cluster, the advancement of end-to-end AI model development, and the creation of a robust data supply chain. Hello Robotaxi commenced production of its first mass-produced L4 autonomous vehicle, the HR1, in July, and has since produced over 100 units.
Shanghai Zufu Intelligent was founded in 2025 as a joint venture between Hello, Ant Group, and CATL. The company's focus is on the development and commercialization of L4 autonomous driving technology. This latest funding round is expected to accelerate the company's progress in the competitive autonomous vehicle sector.
