RockSalt Pilates COO Stephanie Knepp Joins Exceptional Women Alliance

Stephanie Knepp, COO of RockSalt Pilates and founder of the leadership platform Grow to Lead, has joined the Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA). The invitation-only organization focuses on peer mentorship and collaboration among C-suite and board-level women executives.

Knepp brings extensive experience in franchise management and operations to the alliance. Her career includes serving as CEO of Sit Still Kids Salon and holding senior positions at Zoom Room and WellBiz Brands, where she managed multi-unit operational strategies and business development.

In addition to her executive role, Knepp recently launched Grow to Lead, which provides frameworks for leadership training and organizational growth. EWA Chair and CEO Larraine Segil stated that Knepp’s background in scaling businesses and developing human capital aligns with the group's objectives.
