Rodan + Fields Invests $350,000 to Support Young Women in STEM
Skincare brand Rodan + Fields has partnered with Girls Inc., committing $350,000 to foster a new generation of female founders and STEM innovators.
Rodan + Fields, a US-based skincare brand, announced a $350,000 partnership with Girls Inc., an organization focused on girls' leadership. The initiative aims to support young women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and entrepreneurship.
The investment includes $100,000 for the Rodan + Fields Futures Scholarship and $250,000 for Girls Inc.'s Project Accelerate program. These funds are intended to provide financial support, mentorship, and real-world opportunities for young women looking to establish science-driven businesses.
Project Accelerate, which focuses on college and career readiness, serves over 5,900 young women nationwide. The contribution from Rodan + Fields will enhance the program's reach and expand access to professional development opportunities.
In addition to funding, Rodan + Fields will host "From Lab to Leadership" experiences for Project Accelerate participants. These visits to the company's innovation lab will offer insights into the science and business of beauty entrepreneurship and provide opportunities to meet industry professionals.
