Rohde & Schwarz to showcase 5G and 6G testing technology at MWC 2025
Rohde & Schwarz will present its latest suite of mobile network testing and measurement tools at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, taking place from March 3 to 6, 2025.

Rohde & Schwarz has announced its technical focus for the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. The company plans to demonstrate a range of testing and measurement solutions intended for the lifecycle of mobile communications, spanning current 5G-Advanced implementations to early 6G research.
For equipment manufacturers, the firm will display its CMX500 signaling testers and an upgraded version of the PVT360A performance vector tester. These instruments are designed to support R&D and conformance testing, including capabilities for the growing FR3 frequency band, which is increasingly relevant for next-generation network infrastructure.
Beyond hardware testing, the company is addressing network operators and regulatory authorities. It will introduce new monitoring tools like the R&S QualiProbe and updated spectrum monitoring hardware, such as the CS-MC53 microwave converter. These solutions are intended to assist in network performance benchmarking, service quality management, and interference detection in dense 5G environments.
