Rokid Opens Self-Service AI Glasses Store in Hong Kong
AI glasses manufacturer Rokid has opened the world's first self-service experience store for its AI glasses in Hong Kong's Harbour City. The store allows customers to try and purchase products without staff present.

Rokid, a company specializing in AI-powered smart eyewear and human-computer interaction, has launched a new flagship store at Harbour City in Hong Kong. This location operates as the world's first unmanned experience store for AI glasses, featuring self-guided product demonstrations and automated checkout.
Customers can explore the functionalities of Rokid's AI glasses, including real-time translation, AI assistance, navigation, and media capture, across eight dedicated experience zones. The entire process, from trying the products to making a purchase, is conducted on a self-service basis, providing a relaxed and efficient shopping experience.
Zoro Shao, Rokid's Vice President and Global General Manager, stated that the company aims to engage both local consumers and international visitors through this store. Hong Kong's status as an international business hub also serves as a new launch point for the company's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region and other global markets.
To commemorate the opening, the first 500 customers purchasing Rokid glasses will receive an entertainment bundle. The company recently ranked first globally in shipment share for AR and AI glasses during the first half of 2026.
