Rony Jabour Receives Safety Industry Award
Rony Jabour, founder of United Safety Net Inc. and OSHA safety trainer, has been honored with the 'Rising Stars of Safety Award' for his contributions to workplace safety awareness.

Rony Jabour, founder of United Safety Net Inc. and an OSHA safety trainer, was presented with the 'Rising Stars of Safety Award' 40 under 40 by the U.S. National Safety Council on September 27, 2020. The award recognizes his decade-long efforts to spread awareness of workplace safety among American workers.
Jabour, who has eight years of experience as a construction worker in Boston, observed negligence in safety practices and decided to establish United Safety Net International. His organization focuses on educating workers about occupational safety, a cause he believes is as crucial as employer education.
Through his institute, Jabour has trained over 20,000 workers in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He has also conducted training sessions at Harvard University and has been invited by the U.S. Department of Labor – OSHA to train construction workers. His work has been particularly noted for educating the Latino community about workplace safety and the spread of COVID-19.
The 'Rising Stars of Safety Award' acknowledges Jabour's dedicated role in enhancing safety standards, especially for immigrant workers and other underserved populations, highlighting his personal commitment to health and safety.
