Rothschild Financial Partners Launches as Partner-Owned RIA
Rothschild Wealth Partners and Singularity Financial Partners have formed a new partner-owned registered investment adviser. Three partner firms have already joined.

Rothschild Wealth Partners, with roots dating back to 1908, and Singularity Financial Partners, which provides operations and technology infrastructure for RIAs, have launched Rothschild Financial Partners. The new registered investment adviser is partner-owned and designed for established advisors and firm owners.
The firm aims to address the long-standing trade-off for established advisors between remaining independent and managing all technology and operations alone, or joining a larger firm. Rothschild Financial Partners is not backed by private equity, is owned by its partners, and builds upon the legacy of a Chicago-based firm founded in 1908.
"Every advisor who built a practice wears two hats, practitioner and owner, and most firms serve one at the expense of the other," said Michael Roth, Chief Executive Officer of Rothschild Financial Partners. "We built this firm to augment the first and maximize the second."
Three partner firms have joined since September 2026, with more anticipated by year-end. The firm emphasizes building its technology internally and tailoring it to the needs of each partner, aiming to help advisors with growth, succession, and maximizing the value of their life's work.
