Moroccan airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has partnered with Amadeus to accelerate its digital strategy as part of a wider development plan.

The carrier will deploy Amadeus Reference Experience to improve online conversion and passenger satisfaction. Passengers are set to benefit from a smoother digital experience, quicker check-ins, and easier access to journey information. Additionally, travelers will be able to purchase ancillary services through a few simple steps.

Royal Air Maroc states that a new mobile application will provide passengers with a seamless end-to-end self-service experience, from booking and check-in to managing disruptions. The app will allow travelers to search for and book alternative flights in case of schedule changes.

Royal Air Maroc is the flag-carrier of Morocco, connecting over 80 global destinations. The airline embarked on an overhaul of its operations earlier this year, aiming to quadruple its fleet and welcome 32 million passengers annually by 2037.
