Royal Bank of Canada Issues GBP950 Million in Senior Notes
Royal Bank of Canada has issued GBP950 million in floating rate senior notes due July 2027, as part of its ongoing securities issuance program.
Royal Bank of Canada announced today the issuance of GBP950 million in floating rate senior notes. The notes, designated "Series 79008," mature in July 2027.
The issuance was conducted under the bank's "Programme for the Issuance of Securities." Final terms for the notes, dated July 6, 2026, were published today and relate to their admission to trading, in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
This move aims to raise capital for the Canadian financial institution, which is one of the country's largest banks offering a wide range of financial services.
