M&A Healthcare Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Innovo Detox in the transaction. The deal involved careful structuring and an accelerated timeline, according to the advisory firm. For R&S Holdings, the acquisition adds an established clinical operation to its growing behavioral health platform.
