Rubin Rudman Partner Rion Vaughan Named to ABI's 2026 '40 Under 40' List

Rubin Rudman announced that Rion Vaughan, a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice, has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2026 class of "40 Under 40" lawyers. The ABI annually recognizes 40 top industry professionals under the age of 40 who are rising leaders in the bankruptcy and insolvency sectors.

Vaughan advises companies, lenders, and investors on navigating insolvency and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. His experience encompasses representing parties on various sides of distressed transactions.

The honorees will be recognized at the ABI's Winter Leadership Conference in December. Vaughan has also received recognition from publications such as Lawdragon 500 and Legal 500 for his expertise in bankruptcy and restructuring law.
