Paris – Energy company Rubis reported on April 11, 2025, significant changes in its shareholding structure. The company received notifications that Compagnie nationale de navigation and the Concert Molis group have crossed multiple statutory thresholds for ordinary shares and voting rights.

As of April 8, 2025, Compagnie nationale de navigation holds 9.06% of Rubis’ ordinary shares and 8.87% of its voting rights. The broader Concert Molis group, which includes Compagnie nationale de navigation and several individuals, now holds 9.37% of the ordinary shares and 9.18% of the voting rights.

These increases in shareholding stem from the acquisition of shares both on the market and off-market. This contract involves a series of call and put options that will expire between late 2027 and late 2028.

Rubis is an international energy company operating primarily in distribution and services. Its business includes the distribution of energy products, petrochemicals, and lubricants, as well as aviation and marine fuel services across various global markets.
