Rubis Supervisory Board Chairman Nils Christian Bergene Departs; Marc-Olivier Laurent Appointed Successor

Rubis, the energy and services company, announced on May 15, 2025, that Nils Christian Bergene has stepped down from his positions as Chairman and a member of the company's Supervisory Board.
Bergene's resignation was accepted by the Supervisory Board, which convened to appoint Marc-Olivier Laurent as the new Chairman. Laurent's appointment is effective immediately. The company did not provide a reason for Bergene's departure.
