Rudy Rodriguez Joins GC Solutions as General Counsel

GC Solutions has expanded its team with the addition of veteran corporate attorney Rudy Rodriguez. Rodriguez brings decades of experience serving as chief legal officer, corporate secretary, and executive leader for public companies, private equity-backed businesses, and nationally recognized brands.

Rodriguez's addition strengthens the firm's capacity to offer experienced fractional general counsel services. These services assist businesses in navigating corporate governance, compliance, employment, litigation, and strategic transactions without the expense of a full-time in-house legal department.
