Ruijie to Cease 'Xingyao Home' App Operations End of 2026
Ruijie Networks will discontinue its 'Xingyao Home' app on December 31, 2026, as its associated product line is phased out. Users will migrate to the 'Ruiyi' app.
Ruijie Networks, a Chinese networking equipment provider, has announced that its 'Xingyao Home' application will cease operations on December 31, 2026. This decision comes as the company retires its 'Star' series of products.
Beginning January 1, 2027, services will be transferred to the 'Ruijie Ruiyi' (้ๆท็ฟๆ) app. The company stated that while some functionalities might be adjusted in the new app, core services will remain unaffected. Users can log in to the 'Ruiyi' app using their existing 'Xingyao Home' account credentials, and their project information and basic configurations will be preserved.
Ruijie Networks is currently focusing on its Ruiyi series of smart routers. The 'Ruijie Ruiyi' app provides key management features including device administration, wireless channel power adjustments, one-click Mesh networking, and parental controls.
The company advises users to transition to the new application to ensure continued access to services. The planned shutdown allows users ample time to adapt to the new platform before the cessation of the older app's support.
