Runte Releases Inverter Scroll Condensing Unit for Supermarket Refrigeration

Shandong Runte Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. has launched a new series of commercial inverter scroll condensing units designed for supermarket and convenience store refrigeration systems. The company states the new system utilizes variable-frequency technology to adjust cooling output based on demand, aiming to significantly reduce electricity consumption.

The units are equipped with inverter scroll compressors, sourced from manufacturers like Danfoss and Emerson. This technology allows the compressor speed to adapt dynamically to the cooling load, preventing energy spikes associated with traditional fixed-speed cycling and reducing wear on components.

Runte offers the condensing units in both integrated (monoblock) and split-type configurations to accommodate various store layouts and installation requirements. The units are designed to operate quietly, making them suitable for locations near residential areas. They also feature weather-resistant casings and automatic fan speed control.

Multiple safety and diagnostic features are integrated into the units, including protections for phase sequence, phase loss, overcurrent, discharge temperature, and system pressure. A fault history log is included to aid technicians in troubleshooting, which the company says can speed up repairs and lower long-term maintenance costs.
