Rush Gold Corp. announced on September 25, 2026, the completion of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, which raised $1.03 million. This brings the aggregate gross proceeds from the entire private placement to $1.64 million, with shares issued at $0.10 each.

The company intends to allocate the funds from this second tranche towards exploration activities, particularly at its Skylight gold property in Nevada, potential acquisitions, and general working capital. Rush Gold also holds an option on the Legal Tender silver-gold project in Nevada.

As part of the arrangement for the second tranche, Rush Gold paid CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd, which acted as a coordinator and lead manager, $54,230 in cash fees and issued 3.5 million shares. All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.
