Rush Gold Corp. Expands Nevada Assets and Appoints New Board Chair
Rush Gold Corp. has acquired new mining interests in Nevada’s Walker Lane trend and secured $1.03 million in new financing to advance exploration.

Vancouver-based Rush Gold Corp. has expanded its footprint in the Walker Lane trend of southwestern Nevada by acquiring Landy Investments Ltd. The deal adds the Hollow North-South and Douglas Canyon projects to the company’s portfolio, joining existing sites Skylight and Legal Tender.
The company also announced the appointment of Andy Tudor as board chairman. Tudor, a mining executive with 40 years of experience, joins the company as it prepares for systematic exploration programs, including geochemical sampling and geophysical testing across its expanded Nevada holdings.
Financial operations were bolstered by the closing of a $1.03 million non-brokered private placement. These funds are designated for exploration activities as the firm looks to define drill targets and refine its geological models. Rush Gold has also engaged new corporate advisory partners in Switzerland and Australia to increase its visibility among global investors.
CEO Anthony Zelen stated that the recent capital raise and leadership changes provide the foundation needed to execute the company’s exploration strategy. The firm is now focused on generating technical results from its four projects to guide future development decisions.
