Canadian mining exploration company Rush Gold Corp. announced the completion of its initial public offering (IPO), raising $450,000 in gross proceeds through the sale of 4.5 million common shares at $0.10 per share. The company's shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) on June 23, 2025, under the ticker symbol "RGN".

The proceeds are designated for exploration activities at the company's Skylight gold property in Nevada, USA, as well as for general and administrative expenses and working capital. Rush Gold had previously announced that its shares were trading halted effective June 20, 2025, pending the closing of the offering.

Research Capital Corporation acted as the agent for the offering, receiving a 10% cash commission of $45,000, along with other fees and share issuances. The company filed a long-form prospectus detailing the offering, which is available on SEDAR+, Canada's system for electronic filing of securities and issuer information.

Rush Gold is focused on advancing its Skylight gold property located in Nevada. The company also holds an option on the historic Legal Tender silver-gold project in the same state. CEO Anthony Zelen stated the listing timing is opportune given recent high gold prices.
