Rush Gold Corp. to Acquire Landy Investments and Appoints New Financial Advisor
Rush Gold Corp. has agreed to purchase Landy Investments for access to Nevada mineral rights and engaged CPS Capital to lead a secondary funding round.

Vancouver-based Rush Gold Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Landy Investments Ltd. The acquisition grants Rush Gold control over mining interests in Nevada, specifically the Douglas Canyon gold/antimony project and the Hollow North-South copper/gold project. Consideration for the deal includes 12.5 million shares, $150,000 in cash, and additional options.
The company is also advancing a private placement aimed at raising up to $1 million, following an initial $612,000 round completed in April. To support this, Rush Gold has appointed Australia-based CPS Capital Group Pty. Ltd. as its lead manager. CPS Capital’s compensation structure involves cash commissions and share-based fees, payable only upon the successful completion of the capital raise and specific acquisition milestones.
These strategic moves are pending regulatory approval, including clearance from the Canadian Securities Exchange. The funds raised are intended to support exploration efforts and general corporate working capital.
