Russo Modular completes initial modular drive-thru unit for 7 Brew Coffee

Russo Modular has completed its first commercial modular drive-thru building for 7 Brew Coffee in Visalia, California. This project serves as the pilot for a broader manufacturing program intended to support the coffee chain’s ongoing expansion efforts across the United States.

By utilizing off-site construction, Russo Modular produces structural components in a controlled factory environment before transporting them for final assembly. This approach aims to reduce on-site construction timelines and standardise the building process for retail chains requiring rapid rollouts in multiple locations.

The collaboration between the two companies reflects a growing industry preference for modular solutions in the quick-service restaurant sector. As 7 Brew continues its scaling strategy, the ability to replicate retail footprints efficiently remains a primary objective for the modular construction firm.
