The Rutgers Board of Governors has approved the establishment of a new Bachelor of Science degree program in Real Estate, to be offered at Rutgers Business School's Newark and New Brunswick campuses.
The degree program is designed for students interested in real estate and related assets, providing training in the development, investment, financing, and management of real estate projects.
This new major expands upon existing offerings through the Center for Real Estate in response to growing demand. Students currently enrolled in real estate courses will be eligible to graduate with the new degree as early as May 2028.
Rutgers Business School has offered undergraduate minors and concentrations in real estate since 2015. The curriculum for the new major will build on these foundations, offering students networking opportunities and practical training with industry leaders.
