German insurance company R+V Versicherung AG is seeking a Release Train Engineer for its Wiesbaden location. This position is part of the company's Operations and IT division, aimed at enhancing customer processes and digital service delivery.
The Release Train Engineer will be responsible for methodically guiding the collaboration and delivery quality of teams within their designated area, such as Finance and Risk Management. The objective is to ensure transparent, predictable, and efficient value flow, while fostering continuous improvement of agile maturity.
Key responsibilities include coordinating activities related to Program Increments (PI) and PI Planning (PIP), maintaining transparency on progress, delivery capability, and risks, and removing impediments. The role also involves contributing to the ART leadership team and shaping future development.
Candidates should possess a university degree, preferably in IT, business, or engineering, or have equivalent professional experience. Several years of experience in agile organizations and projects, along with knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks, are required. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are also essential.
