R+V Versicherung AG's Employee Magazine Wins Design Award
R+V Versicherung AG's employee magazine "plus" has won a design award at the Inkometa Awards in Berlin. The publication received a total of three accolades in the internal communications competition.

Wiesbaden – Insurer R+V Versicherung AG has received recognition for its employee magazine "plus." The magazine was awarded a design prize at the Inkometa Awards ceremony held in Berlin, an event that honors the best publications and projects in internal communications.
The publication secured a total of three awards and was also shortlisted in two additional categories: content and print. R+V's magazine competed alongside well-known companies such as DHL, E.ON, and Deutsche Bahn.
"This is a great result and independently confirms that we are doing a really good job," stated Hermann Knipper, Head of Corporate Communications at R+V and the magazine's publisher. Mario Vigl from the supporting agency Vigl and Friends expressed satisfaction that the jury specifically recognized the magazine's understated design.
The jury cited the successful portrayal of personal employee stories addressing the challenging theme of resilience as a key reason for their decision. The March 2023 issue, titled "Licht in Sicht" ("Light in Sight"), features accounts of how employees have overcome personal adversities.
R+V Versicherung AG's "plus" magazine has been published quarterly since 2020. It is distributed not only to employees but also to sales partners, retirees, and those on parental leave.
