R+V Versicherung opens new office building in Wiesbaden

Insurance company R+V Versicherung has occupied its new office building at Abraham-Lincoln-Straße 13 in Wiesbaden, Germany, following a four-year construction project. The move strengthens the insurer's local headquarters in the Raiffeisenplatz area.

A total of 850 of R+V's approximately 8,000 employees in Wiesbaden will work in the new six-story building. Sustainability was a key focus during construction, incorporating energy-efficient systems like solar panels and heat pumps.

The new facility spans approximately 14,000 square meters and includes modern open-plan office spaces for collaborative work, creative zones, conference facilities, a staff restaurant, and an underground parking garage. The design balances contemporary workplace needs with environmental considerations.

R+V has a long history in Wiesbaden, having relocated there in 1948. The new office building signifies a significant investment in the company's future and its commitment to the city, where it is one of the largest private employers.
