The committee members include representatives of Saab's significant shareholders. Marcus Wallenberg, Chairman of the Board of Saab AB, will serve as the committee's chairman. Other members are Daniel Nodhäll representing Investor AB, Peter Wallenberg Jr from Wallenberg Investments AB, Oscar Bergman of Swedbank Robur Fonder, and Daniel Kristiansson from Alecta Tjänstepension Ömsesidigt.
