Defense and aerospace company Saab AB has appointed the Nomination Committee responsible for preparing proposals for its 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee's formation reflects the company's shareholder structure as of August 31, 2026.
The Nomination Committee's mandate includes preparing proposals concerning the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, the Auditor, and associated remuneration. The committee represents 50 percent of the total voting rights in Saab AB.
Members of the 2027 Nomination Committee are Marcus Wallenberg, Chairman of Saab AB's Board; Daniel Nodhäll from Investor AB; Peter Wallenberg Jr from Wallenberg Investments AB; Oscar Bergman representing Swedbank Robur Fonder; and Daniel Kristiansson from Alecta Tjänstepension Ömsesidigt.
The Annual General Meeting of Saab AB is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 7, 2027, in Linköping, Sweden. Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the committee should do so by December 1, 2026.
