Swedish defense company Saab has received an order from the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence for RBS 70 Bolide missiles. The order value is SEK 3 billion, with deliveries expected between 2028 and 2032.

Swedish defense firm Saab announced on December 31, 2025, that it has received an order from the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence for RBS 70 Bolide missiles. The contract is valued at SEK 3 billion (approximately $285 million USD), and deliveries are scheduled from 2028 through 2032.
The order falls under a framework agreement for Saab's RBS 70 NG short-range air defense missile system. This agreement was established between Saab, Sweden's Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence.
Lithuania has been a customer of Saab's RBS 70 short-range air defense solution since 2004. Additionally, the RBS 70 NG system is integrated into Saab's mobile short-range air defense (MSHORAD) solution, which Lithuania has acquired to protect its mobile ground units.
This procurement is expected to enhance Lithuania's air defense capabilities and contribute to the security of its airspace.
