Saalfelden Leogang Enhances Connectivity with New Bus Service Between Leogang and Fieberbrunn

Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH is enhancing its regional transport options for the 2026 summer season with two new services. The "Bike & Wander Xpress" will connect the areas of Leogang and Fieberbrunn during the summer, facilitating movement for cyclists, hikers, and families.

The new "Bike & Wander Xpress" bus service will operate from July 11 to August 30, 2026. It provides a flexible connection between Fieberbrunn and Leogang, allowing users to easily travel between the two regions. This service is particularly aimed at mountain bikers looking to transfer between the trails in Fieberbrunn and the Epic Bikepark Leogang, as well as hikers exploring the surrounding nature.

Additionally, Saalfelden Leogang continues its complimentary Shuttle & Bike Wander Xpress service connecting the Asitzbahn and Steinbergbahn valley stations, as well as to the center of Leogang. This service will run daily from July 4 to September 13, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with departures every 20 minutes for convenient access to local attractions.

The Bike & Wander Xpress service is priced at €5 for a one-way trip for adults and €3 for children. A round-trip ticket costs €8 for adults and €5 for children. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus using card payment. The service also accommodates strollers.

These new and improved transport links aim to increase the region's appeal as a tourist destination by offering convenient and efficient ways to access its diverse range of activities and natural landscapes.
