Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH recently organized the RUSH300 road cycling event, challenging participants to cycle 300 kilometers through Alpine scenery. The event began early in the morning from Saalfelden, with cyclists divided into various speed groups. Support stations and vehicles were positioned along the route to assist participants.

The event also featured a 160-kilometer 'Light' version, providing a shorter option for those seeking a less demanding distance. The route passed through Saalfelden and over the Pass Thurn, offering a challenging climb and scenic views. The first refreshment station at the summit of Pass Thurn allowed participants to switch to different pace groups or opt for the shorter course.
