The partnership also includes integrating ServiceNow's AI platform into BUSINESSNEXT's offerings.
Founded in 2001, BUSINESSNEXT provides software solutions for banks, insurers, and other financial institutions, managing customer relationships, digital journeys, lending, and service operations. Its agentic AI capabilities automate tasks such as loan processing, document verification, and customer support.
The company reports serving over 120 financial institutions globally, including major banks in India. BUSINESSNEXT operates in a competitive landscape against firms like Salesforce and Microsoft.
