Saga Pure ASA Acquires Own Shares

Saga Pure ASA has acquired 260,756 of its own shares in the open market, the company reported on Wednesday, July 2, 2026. The shares were purchased at a price of NOK 1.60 each, a transaction authorized by the company's annual general meeting on May 26, 2026.

Following this acquisition, Saga Pure's treasury share holdings now amount to 31,790,505 shares. This represents approximately 4.71% of the company's total share capital.
