Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) announced on July 22, 2026, that it has acquired 109,418 of its own shares from the market at a price of NOK 1.60 per share. This transaction was made possible by an authorization to acquire own shares granted by the company's annual general meeting on May 26, 2026.
Following this latest acquisition, Saga Pure ASA now owns a total of 32,174,202 own shares. This holding represents 4.77% of the company's total share capital.
The disclosure of this transaction is in accordance with the disclosure requirements under section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
