The company stated that this acquisition deepens Sage's commitment to delivering comprehensive supply chain technology solutions to its clients.

Anvyl operates a platform designed to connect buyers and suppliers in global supply chains. The integration is expected to enhance Sage's existing product suite by incorporating Anvyl's functionalities into Sage Intacct, a financial management solution targeted at growing and mid-sized businesses.

Through this move, Sage intends to improve businesses' ability to manage and optimize their procurement processes. The company indicated that the new capabilities will offer enhanced visibility and efficiency in procurement and supply chain management.
