Sage Acquires Infineo to Enhance Reporting and Business Intelligence Capabilities
Sage, a provider of accounting, HR, and payroll software for small and medium-sized businesses, has acquired French company Infineo. The strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Sage's reporting and business intelligence offerings.
Sage, a global provider of business management software for SMEs, has acquired Infineo, a French specialist in decision-support reporting and data visualization solutions. The move is intended to bolster Sage's capabilities in reporting and business intelligence.
The integration of Infineo's reporting solutions into Sage's portfolio is expected to create a seamless customer experience. Infineo's products feature an intuitive interface and customizable dashboards accessible across devices, with notable integration capabilities with Microsoft Office 365 for comprehensive data analysis.
