Sage integrates AI Copilot into Sage X3 ERP system
Sage has globally rolled out Sage Copilot, an AI-powered assistant, within its Sage X3 enterprise resource planning system. The new feature aims to enhance operational performance for manufacturing and distribution companies.
Paris, June 4, 2025 – Sage, a provider of accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology, announced the global integration of Sage Copilot into its Sage X3 ERP system. Unveiled at the Sage Future event in Atlanta, the new functionality is now available internationally, designed to offer industrial and distribution companies improved operational visibility and productivity.
Sage Copilot provides users with a conversational interface for easy data querying, real-time operational alerts on deviations or opportunities, and predictive commercial intelligence. The system helps identify potential issues such as shipping delays or declining order volumes, enabling quicker responses and enhanced performance.
In addition to Sage Copilot, Sage X3 customers will benefit from AI-powered automation for accounts payable. This feature reduces manual data entry by accurately extracting and classifying invoices, freeing up teams for higher-value tasks.
Sage has also introduced its AI Trust Label initiative to bring transparency and accountability to the development and use of AI in its professional software. The company is advocating for industry-wide collaboration to create a transparent and certified AI label, encouraging broader adoption of the technology.
