SAIC MG: MG 07 Electric Coupe Pre-orders Exceed 21,000 in 20 Hours
SAIC MG has launched pre-orders for its MG 07 electric coupe. Within the first 20 hours, over 21,000 small orders were placed, doubling the figure seen for the MG 04 model during the same period.

SAIC MG, the Chinese automotive brand, announced strong initial demand for its newly unveiled MG 07 electric coupe. The company reported that pre-order volumes surpassed 21,000 units within the first 20 hours of the sales window opening. This volume represents a twofold increase compared to the pre-order figures for the previous MG 04 model over a similar timeframe.
The MG 07 is priced starting from 125,900 yuan. It measures 4886mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1485mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2825mm. The vehicle features a coupe-like profile with frameless doors and an automatically adjusting rear spoiler. The car is built on an 800-volt high-voltage platform.
Inside, the MG 07 is equipped for a premium experience, including a passenger "zero-gravity" seat and a 7.1.4 surround sound system with 21 speakers. The infotainment system is powered by an 8295P chip and features a 15.6-inch 2.5K central display. It supports real-time 3D interactive features and comprehensive connectivity options between the car and mobile devices.
Propelled by an all-electric powertrain, the MG 07 boasts a maximum range of 845 kilometers on a single charge. Its acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is rated in the 5-second range. A key charging feature is its support for 5C ultra-fast charging technology.
