Salesfloor has announced a partnership with sportswear brand PUMA India. The technology connects PUMA's online shoppers with in-store associates, aiming to provide personalized shopping advice and experiences.

The new feature is implemented on Puma.com, allowing online customers to interact with store assistants or style consultants. This interaction can occur via chat, video, or one-on-one consultations. India is the first market for PUMA to deploy this solution.

Vishal Gupta, Executive Director of Retail at PUMA India, stated that the feature has brought online customers closer to physical stores and enhanced their shopping experience. The brand aims to connect customers with PUMA products in an experiential manner.

Salesfloor's solution is currently active in 80 PUMA stores across India, following a pilot phase in 2022. The company plans to expand the rollout to more stores in 2023, having evaluated the positive reception and customer adoption from the initial testing.
