Salesforce Integrates CRM Platform Directly Into Anthropic's Claude
Salesforce and Anthropic announced Tuesday a major partnership expansion, Claudeforce, embedding the world's largest CRM platform directly within the Claude AI.

Seattle – Salesforce and AI firm Anthropic announced Tuesday a significant expansion of their partnership, dubbed Claudeforce, embedding the world's largest customer relationship management (CRM) platform directly into Anthropic's Claude AI.
The centerpiece of this integration is Salesforce in Claude, a plugin for Claude CoWork. It offers 37 pre-built sales skills covering meeting preparation, deal health reviews, and pipeline analysis. Users can query, update, and act on CRM data directly through the Claude interface, eliminating the need to open the separate Salesforce application.
The product is available to select pilot customers immediately, with an open beta planned for September. Additional skills for other business functions are slated for release in the third quarter.
Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff and Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei highlighted the collaboration's significance. They stated the partnership unites the world's leading AI and CRM, introducing a new enterprise workflow where the interface is AI, enabling dynamic application building and business question answering.
