Salute announces agreement to acquire T5 Operations
Salute, a global data center services provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire T5 Operations. The deal is expected to expand Salute's capabilities in AI and HPC data centers.
Salute, a company specializing in global end-to-end data center lifecycle services, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire T5 Operations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
T5 Operations provides facility management and operations services, with a focus on data center environments supporting artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and cloud services. Salute stated the acquisition will enhance its position as a global provider of FM&O services.
"This strategic acquisition further expands our world-class FM&O leadership for AI/HPC and cloud data centers," said Salute CEO Jane Doe. "T5 Operations' expertise complements our existing capabilities, enabling us to offer even more comprehensive solutions to clients with demanding data processing needs."
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. The acquisition aims to strengthen Salute's market presence and its ability to support large-scale, specialized data center clients.
